2009 was a year of Celebration for us as it marked TWENTY YEARS of Service to Small Businesses in the area.

 

As part of our Anniversary Celebrations we set up the Payman Charity Fund for local charities. Last year £1008 was given to both FACT Youth Fund and The Dissenters Cemetery. Contributions to the Fund (Cheques payable to Payman Charity Fund) can still be made. We are continuing to raise funds this year for other local charities.

 

Other than Fund Raising, we ONLY manage payrolls.

 

Jim Parsons (Company Secretary) has been in Payroll Management for over 44 years. He is a Member of the Institute of Payroll Professionals.

 

Craig Parsons (Payroll Manager) has worked with Jim for over 10 years.  Between them they currently provide Fully Managed Payroll Services for approximately 150 clients.

 

The online filing incentive offered to small businesses has meant that many clients have effectively had "free" payroll management as the incentive has covered the cost.  Online filing is a "must" for all businesses from Tax Year 2009/10.  No businesses can now can file a paper return in respect of its employees.
